  1. Inspect the home for signs of termites and other pests, which can become more active as the weather warms up.

  2. Check for leaky faucets, pipes, and fixtures both inside and outside the home.

  3. Inspect pools for algae growth and the proper functioning of pumps and filters.

  4. Text smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and ensure fire extinguishers are fully charged and accessible.
