Inspect your water heater for signs of corrosion or leakage.
Check for any overloaded circuits, frayed cords, or other electrical hazards in the home.
Inspect attics for adequate ventilation and insulation and check for any signs of roof leaks, pests, or mold.
Inspect fences, decks, patios, and other outdoor structures for stability, damage, and signs of wear.
Check septic systems and sewer lines to ensure they are functioning properly, and arrange for pumping if necessary.
